If you want to share one trash compactor with the entire apartment complex, deal with an office manager that makes Amarosa look like an angel then this is the place for you. I do not think that Luxury should be in the apartment description unless you want to pay more for a newer renovated apartment. I was paying 2300+ for a two bedroom with a loft and a garage. For that much I expected a lot more. The service to fix repairs was a ongoing fix it with tape and sticks and a screw instead of replacing and doing it the right way. I had to call the service several times during the summer to get my AC working and they never did truly fix it. The bedroom windows drafts were so bad in the master bedroom I could feel wind gusts and they service people said that was normal. The only feature that was decent is the pool. Parking was hard to find later in the evening and if you let your plates expire you can expect a $200.00 towing bill. When you leave you better make sure everything looks like new or they will charge you 600-1400 to replace carpet and other items that they were going to replace anyways after you left and just get you to pay for it so I suggest taking pictures of every room and wall if you are foolish enough to move there. I think they charged me 65$ saying the bathtub was not cleaned enough and other BS like that. They told me when I moved in that nail hole and such were not charge but I got charged around 85$ to fix the nail holes I left. Terrible place and they are all about the $$$. The people that live there are nice and its a quiet place to live but thats about it
