Overall

I am giving 5 stars not for the delivery department. It is for this store manager Karim k. , who brought he him self our furniture at home. Both, me and my wife got surprised when we see him with our part of the sofa at our door accompanied by one delivery person.
Here is what we understood. The sales department is trying the best not to loose customers while there is problem at delivery. It will ruin the business. Anyway, Thanks karim! Your wonderful customer service experience made me forget all the negative. Keep it up! 👍

Awful Customer service

This place is a fraud, I ordered two mattresses and they delivered the wrong mattress, and trying to make me believe it's the right thing. They are a scam, if you can avoid them at all cost, please do. They so not even deserve to be in business, I'm still fighting with them for a refund and I will call better business bureau on their tail. Stupid people

The worst furniture store I have been ever. While the pricing and selection was nice, they failed to deliver two times. I get first call at 6Pm to let me know my delivery will arrived next day, and I talk to the manager by compromised the delay . However, while I was almost arriving to pick up my items, I get a call said that the delivery was not arrived. I stopped by in the store and talked to the manager, and he said that I could cancel the order but I have to pay cancelation fee on it which was stated on the order invoice. To begin with he failed to explain the payment and the return police while the payment on progress. At the time of the purchase he gave me full of words I will have my items on time which was he lied about it. In general, this store has bad customer service and purchasing polices. Absolutely, the worst customer service I've experienced at a furniture store.

By far, the worst furniture store I have been to. While the pricing and selection was nice, they failed to deliver. I ordered a dining room set and scheduled it for delivery. I was given a 6-hour window for delivery. On the day of delivery, I waited the entire 6 hours. Needless to say, I did not receive my dining room set. When I called after waiting 6 hours, the manager stated they would have to reschedule another week out. At this time, the only way to make good on is to refund the delivery charge or discount the price. When I arrived in the store and presented the manager with those 2 options, he stated he could not accommodate any discounts. Either I could have the furniture delivered a week out or pay a 30% restocking fee for a refund. After arguing with the manager for about 15 minutes, I decided to opt for the refund. There is no way I was going to give this place another cent of my money. While I was there, another couple came to the counter with the same issue only they had been waiting 2 months for their delivery. Absolutely, the worst customer service I've experienced at a furniture store.

This store is a rip off. We purchased a mattress and the one they gave us was a cheaper one than the one bought. The manager was very uncooperative in exchanging it making excuses that since we took it out of the shrink wrapping it was now in used condition, after explaining thats how we discovered it was the wrong one he still didnt try to help. He didnt even offer a refund of the price difference.

Don't go there, their customer...

Don't go there, their customer service does not exist, they promise they call you back, they never do, they charge 30% cancellation fee even though they do not deliver the goods, they want to hold the money forever, does not deserve even one star, I placed a complaint in business bureau, I am waiting five wks and they told me there is not an specific date for me to get my order but I can not cancel because it will cost me 30% of the value of the purchase I never received.

If you want to take away the joy of buying a furniture for your valued house, this place is for you. BAD BAD BAD .... I can't emphasize on how many BAD's or negative I can give to this business. Their furniture quality is sub-standard, commitment/delivery is worst and customer service is even worst.



Their are over a dozen complaints on this business in Fairfax County and an multiple complaints in Business Bureau. Check the websites and be cautious before you buy anything from this business. You will regret it ...

These people are aweful. Never place anything in layaway there unless you plan on not cancelling your layaway. Customer services is zero. How can you charged 30% percent cancellation fees. It is like you are holding your customers hostage once they place something in layaway. Not giving them the option of cancelling without this big cancellation percentage. Unfair and will be reported to the Better Business Bureau. That is telling me what you think of your customers. Never again. They are aweful.

Total lack of respect for the customer

To say that they have poor customer service would indicate that they actually had some customer service. The woman Amira or Anema whatever bold faced lied. No misunderstanding, no confusion, only a flat out lie.



I told her on the phone I had to drive 1 hour to get there, & I needed my stuff to be ready to go. She said "Anytime before 5.” But when I got there, she said I could GO PICK IT UP at the warehouse at 3, which was 3 hours later. I said NO, I had to be somewhere. “But Kalil is going to prayers and he won’t be there until 3”.



I said I was sorry to inconvenience Kalil’s prayers, but I couldn’t wait that long. I needed to go right now, as I had told her. After several phone calls, she said, “He will be there at 2. Okay?” Which was not – but what could I do? I was going to have to sit and wait until 2. The warehouse was also a long way away in a dingy industrial area.



Guess what time Kalil showed up? At 3, of course. And they had no idea why I was not pleasant. Being mistreated and being forced to miss an important appointment makes me feel that way.
