Took my nieces VW for an oil change 4 months ago. Dwayne told us the fan clutch was loose and should b replaced in a few months. We received a reminder from Hollin Hall Automotive. Took it in and the fan had cracked...got it just in time. Ron gave us a quote and we had the work done. When Ron called us to tell us it was ready, he also said the labor wasn't as involved so the estimate would be reduced. Honest and great device! Can't ask for anything more. We service all of our family cars. 2 Nissans, 1 Volvo, 1 Subaru, and soon we are adding a Jeep. Great family run business!

I received a notice from HHA with a list of routine work needed on my 2000 Toyota. I feared a possibly big expense. After checking their records, they called and said I did not need the work at this time due to my driving habits. All that was needed was an oil change and tire rotation, which was done in a timely manner, and to my relief, the cost was covered by one of their coupons. How honest is that! They even provide transportation to and from my home. How many dealers do that? I will never take my car anywhere else for maintenance and gasoline. I highly recommend Hollin Hall Automative--you won't be disappointed!

I purchased four tires for my Caravan and they were ordered, received and installed on my vehicle in a timely and efficient manner. Since that time in January I have been enjoying a comfortable and safe ride - especially during our more recent snow events.

We have use HHA for multiple cars over the years and have always received friendly, reliable service. Most recently they worked on my 1990 Miata with a supercharger I installed many years ago taking care of an idle problem created by non-stock parts which were malfunctioning when cold. I had already given it my by shot without success. They hounded the problem until it purred like a kitten. I also use them with Tire Rack, having matching tires delivered to them for installation. Their prices are competitive with any in the area. They communicate directly with me when there is an issue. We love the neighborhood service. Thanks.

Everyone knows that unexpected car troubles can be extremely frustrating. Tom Harvey and his crew treated me like family from the start and made my experience very pleasurable. I cannot thank the entire team for getting me back on the road ASAP. They took time away from their own families during the Christmas holiday to assist me during a tough time. Same experience as always recently. Work was easily scheduled. Analysis, recommended maintenance work and options were fully fully explained. All work completed promptly. Trusted work done in a family atmosphere. Wish cars did not need the maintenance they do but, when it does, I will always go to Hollin Hall.

15 Years of Great Service

W've been taking our two cars to Hollin Hall for 15 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. They've been in operation for over 40 years (that's some kind of history) t'd are committed to providing great and reasonably priced repair service to the neighborhood. Whether you deal with Tom, Mark, James or Ron, you'll get excellent an accommodating service.

I moved to the Fort Hunt area five years ago and started buying fuel at Hollin Hall Automotive. I had HHA perform an oil change on my Toyota Landcruiser then as well. I was impressed with both the service and the price. Since then, HHA has been servicing all of my cars including an Audi A8L, a Ford Excursion and my pride a joy -- a vintage Mercedes Benz 3.5 coupe.



Everyone I deal with at HHA has been exceptional -- from the owner Tom to Mark and James in the service office to my favorite mechanic Kevin. I know in the repair business, often the news about a vehicle isn't good, but they've always been fair, honest and transparent. I can't ask for much more than that!
