Sai Hotel by Magnuson - Alexandria

MOST of the staff was friendly, had to switch rooms because we had no shower curtain. Second room ac leaked water all over the floor. Complimentary breakfast was good. I reserved (and paid for) a room with two queen size beds, however, I was given a room with two double beds. Upon checking out and asking about a price difference, the woman was horribly rude and started telling me about kind size beds. I repeated several times that I paid for queen, but got double, and she refused to listen, rambling on about king sized beds. Up until this point, I would have considered staying here again despite a few minor problems with the room, but this woman definitely made me regret spending my hard earned money on this place. Never again! Nobody deserves to be treated this way!

UPDATE: I have talked to a few people who have said that the bed sizes are different from the ones we have at home. This is the first time I stay at a hotel in about 20 years, so I just expected the two queen size beds to be like the queen I have at home. Either way, like I said earlier, I could have dealt with that. The woman at the front desk, though, NOPE!
