I was a loyal Hibernia customer for many years and left their service in 2003 to move to Red River Bank when I found myself regarded as what I could best describe as an “anonymous nobody.” Since that time it has been a pleasure to work with their staff. Every employee is genuinely interested in helping customers – a trait that is increasingly hard to find in business today. Checking, savings, boat loans, car loans, mortgages, lines of credit – they have taken care of me every time.
I applaud their efforts to build a strong community bank. They have done an excellent job of sending out a consistent brand message – they are a strong organization and the employees exhibit superior customer service in every level of customer interaction.
