        I took my Mazda RX8 in for servicing of a well known transmission issue common to many RX8s. As weeks went by I was told that the fluid was low, that a new flywheel was needed, that a new clutch must be installed, and finally that the transmission would be serviced as I initially requested. The car was at Hixon for months. When I was told the car was ready I arrived the next day to be told that it would not start, even though a brand new battery and starter had been installed by the dealer. After going to lunch to give them time to fix the problem, I returned to find the car moved to the front parking lot, yet it would not start again. I was forced to go and buy a set of jumper cables, tighten the battery cable that was installed incorrectly, jump start the car and drive it home. The service manager did not care that it would not start. I found service at this dealer completely incompetent and unconcerned with customer satisfaction. I would advise against any service at hixon.
