These guys are under new management as of summer of 2016. All of these reviews will no longer be relevant. They will improve what was lacking before to insure superior customer service!

Misdiagnosed problem and charged me an arm and a leg to fix to the wrong thing. They would not admit their mistake and would not refund money. I had to bring my vehicle else where to be fixed.

at Alexandria transmission we strive to serve and take care of each and every customer that comes thru our door, if anyone has been unsatisfied it is something we have discussed with the customer and let them know what was going on with there individual vehicile.

If you like your car, do not bring it to this place. The least qualified and professional you will come to meet

The take to long to fix your car and when you do get it you hafta bring it back 3 or 4 times,,,, i took my car ther and it took 3 weeks to fix it,,, once i got it it went out in 3 months took it back ,,, they kept it anutha 3 weeks,, then had to return cause i thought the front end of my car was going to fall out,,, but i had to go there everyday to get them to stay on it,,,and the owner is very rude

Takes to long to fix , they not sure whats wrong with it put on the back burner .
