I wanted to take a moment to express my level of satisfaction with Red River Bank. I was a loyal Hibernia customer for many years and left their service in 2003 to move to Red River Bank when I found myself regarded as what I could best describe as an “anonymous nobody.” Since that time it has been a pleasure to work with their staff. Every employee is genuinely interested in helping customers – a trait that is increasingly hard to find in business today. Checking, savings, boat loans, car loans, mortgages, lines of credit – they have taken care of me every time. I applaud their efforts to build a strong community bank. They have done an excellent job of sending out a consistent brand message – they are a strong organization and the employees exhibit superior customer service in every level of customer interaction. The Red River Bank team has helped take the complexity and difficulty out of both personal and commercial banking for me. It is very satisfying and comforting knowing that there is a group of competent and trusted advisors waiting to take care of me if needed. I have made it a point to send friends, family, and peers to bank with Red River Bank.
It is awesome!! My daughter just turned 3. She has been going to this daycare for about 7 months. The people there have been there for years and years. They are so great. They know you and your child by name. They are very strict about who comes and picks the child up. If they are unfamilar with you, they will DOUBLE check with the parent and make sure it is okay. My daughter is so excited every morning to go to daycare, and learns so much from them. I have 4 kids, and I have tried my share of daycares, and I would NEVER go anywhere else!
