My wife and I went to this theater this afternoon. They advertise that the theater is equiped for the hearing impaired. They have the equipment but even the employees say it is "junkie". About one visit out of three the system fails to work. Today it was a total failure. After trying all the headsets they had I gave up in disgust. As usual they refund our money and make the same lame apology. The manager won't even meet with me face to face. They just call the box office and tell them to give us back our money. They think this makes it "OK". We just wasted most of a Sunday afternoon and the management thinks if they give us our money we will be back. They just need to repair and maintain the system. We have tried to patronize this theater because it is close to our home. As of today they have lost our business. If you expect good customer service just give this place a pass.
