The Mattress Store

Purchased a mattress and box never dilvered. It's already been since March 20th and it's already may 25th and no bed. Extremely upset and they keep telling all customers it's back ordered.i want a refund or my bed. They don't answer the phone. Going to report to better business bureau and put them all over social media and protest outsude if their store. Don't buy anything thing from them. Very bad business and customer service.

We brought 3sets of mattresses from this places. And ended up infested with bed begs. So not ok.. Ive never had this problem in my life. Im so crushed

Horrible experience sales person or the person who said he was district manager very pushy. When me and my wife said we wanted to look elsewhere they threw in everything at us pillows free delivery and took $1500 off price, made us wonder were they going out of business . Worse shop for mattress sales in Albuquerque. Don't shop any of these stores all similar. And the Carlisle store was the worst. Save yourself the hassle this place has no class.

They offer mattress prices that are 30 to 40% higher than MSRP. The Deal price is the MSRP. There are no refunds and they don't tell you that. To their credit they are courteous unless you ask for a refund. The most they will do is a store credit. Poor experience. Similar to the many shady auto repair and auto sales merchants in Albuquerque. If you buy from these gentlemen choose the cheapest mattress and work up to the more expensive mattress. Be a smart shopper and search internet prices first. This store was offering a $899.00 mattress for $1599.00. The merchandise was good quality but the sales experience wasn't. I do, however, recommend their deliverymen. First rate.
