I have the worst experience with customer service. They messed up my order they gave me pepperoni which I am deathly allergic to I called them to let them know that I will be bringing it back and that I needed my right order which was a large chicken pizza I gave them my name. And when I showed up the guy gave me attitude told me that it was going to take an additional 45 minutes I said that was unacceptable. I had called ahead of time and asked that we get a new replacement of the pizza. And after giving me attitude and told me that he could give me a credit I told him that I had a bunch of people at home waiting for pizza and I would like my correct pizza ahead of everybody else's order because it wasn't my fault that they sent me a pepperoni pizza, and that we had already had waited 25 to 30 minutes for and he told me that he had given me two options and I don't like either one of them so what did he want me to do so I asked him for my money back then under his breath he told me you know you see me here struggling on the only one here and you just don't care. First of all he wasn't there by himself he was very rude to me and my husband and I did not appreciate the underlined rude comment that he made, considering that I'm the one that purchase the pizza and got the wrong one and that they should have replaced it without the attitude he walked away yelling and screaming I told them to come back give me back my money I wanted to leave he came back with even more attitude counted out the money like I was some idiot he did not want to give me his name then he told me to have a nice f***ing day. As a customer I really did not appreciate that. We were highly offended. And we will never ever go to that Pizza Hut again. And I am possibly writing a bad review for that Pizza Hut. Because I have called try to talk to a manager no one wanted to talk to me. So no my experience was not the best.
