Not a good experience with this supplier. We were delivered a lox tank that they left on our sidewalk without contacting us or reviving our signature. The next week we waited for our tank (our tank usually lasts us 2 weeks in the summer and about a month in winter the tank they just left on the sidewalks lasted 8 days and the meter said it was a quarter empty when we received it) a half hour before closing they called and informed us they are no longer delivering to residential. We raised the issue as its Friday and our business relies on the oxygen to make products they called the main plant and informed us they would have personal on hand to trade our empty tank out we loaded the tank drove down and were informed there was no tank and nobody could fill it for us.bee get back to the studio and were then told again to go exchange the tank at the main plant but our trailer was no longer available. I find it disgusting the way they treated us with a lack of respect. They obviously knew they could not deliver the tank yet they waited til the last minute to inform us giving no time to make adjustments. We also had to call a multitude of times to get anywhere with the tank being left where it could be stolen ( in such case we would be responsible for the full price of the tank) without informing us or collecting our signature Wichita hasbalwayd been mandatory.
