I too had a terrible experience with their customer service. Purchased a firearm for my son on 12/29/10 took it to the range a couple of times and had the extractor pin break. Took it back to the shop and asked them to order the part, still waiting after 3 weeks. Asked the owner if he could send the weapon back to the manufacture as a warranty and exchange it for a new one since is less that 2 months old, he got upset and walked away. I originally went there to support the local shop, what a joke. Next time I will go to Big 5.
