Very professional. Took time to understand what I wanted and made me apart of the process. Angel Jonnies daughter is Awesome would recommend to everyone. Love the outcome. Came in on her day off because I was leaving town. 5 stars

You can sum this 'salon' up in a few words.
Incompetent, Rude, Careless, Sloppy and devoid of any professional manner. My wifes hair has been PERMANENTLY DAMAGED and the owner and stylist could care less. Also due to the sylist using products that should NEVER be used on dreads, and a product my wife was allergic to, she not only has hair that feels like NYLON, crunches like STRAW, my wife had such an extreme reaction she broke out in sores and hives.The stylist was made well aware of all my wifes allergies before hand.Both Jonnie & Arasay, made it clear they didn't care. Arasay also denied knowing my wife had such sensitive allergies. Claimed she was never told.I asked what discount or refund I would be receiving Jonnie said none, since she didn't do this session. Jonnie was suppose to be the only stylist to do her hair. Apparently shes unable to give discounts even when shes doing the session herself.Was a nice screw you, have a good day, enjoy her ruined permanently damaged hair!

Jonnie's was the best! I don't trust many people in ABQ with my hair but I went to Jonnie's and they made me feel really comfortable. I got box braids installed on my TWA and Miranda got them in no problem and in no time. She personalized my box braids to fit me and worked with what I really wanted. Very friendly service and very patient as I changed my mind on my hair about 2 or 3 timed through the braiding proccess.Above all excellent service and would reccomnd to friends.

I'm a new client of Jonnie's. I have to tell you that Jonnie is the best! I love what she has done for my hair! I'm so glad that I found her and will definitely recommend her! I also like how she tells you like it is no dancing around.Thanks Jonnie!

Jonnie made me feel so comfortable. I am very self-conscious of my thinning hair. Jonnie didn't judge me and had me relaxed letting me know I had made the right decision traveling from Roswell to Albuquerque. I left her salon feeling wonderful. I will recommend her to all.

Over priced, and braids where to tight causing pain, that my daughter had never had before, she has had braids done many times, never this painful :)

I've been coming to Jonnie for a year and a half now. I am African American and in Albuquerque it is hard to find someone that is qualified to do the job Jonnie does! Not only does she make sure you are happy about your hair she makes sure she puts the time in to make sure you are TRULY satisfied! I've recently had my hair done by Daisy and both times she has exceeded my expectations!

Called last week to see if they do dreadlocks and spoke to Daisy. Daisy said she does do dreads and charges $50 for most people but come down so she can take a look at my hair and give an acurate price. So I did, and she said it would cost $95. So I scheduled an appointment with Daisy for the next week on saturday the 22nd. Come saturday the 22nd I arrived for our scheduled appointment. Daisy said "Oh crap I thought we scheduled you for yesterday" (I recieved no call confirming my appointment or any call at all asking where I was on Friday the 21st) I said no we scheduled for the 22nd. She then said oh okay go ahead and have a seat. she proceded to start to mess with my hair before saying "so what did I say it would cost?" I told her what she said last week ($95) she then said "oh well actually its gonna cost alot more." I asked her how much, and she said "its gonna be more like $250" so i told her i couldnt afford it and left...



Very unprofessional and very poor customer service coming from Daisy. If you go to Jonnie's Hair Salon see ANYONE else... No offense to Jonnie or her business but having an employee like that isnt going to help gain any customers...



I will not be recommending this salon to anyone
