We bought a spa on Sunday evening right before they closed. The next day, unknown financial situation came up with us and we called the business to cancel the purchase of it. We told them we wanted to wait until end of summer when to buy it. Even though the hot tub was STILL in the store, and it was JUST purchased less than 24 hours ago, they would not stop the purchase on my credit card. This is poor and dirty business. They would not have been any loss for them since it is still in their store. The owner has poor business ethics and customer service skills.
