Gray hair lady at front desk rude, the owner is even much worse. You can see how the owner is rude to her Staff. My daughter has been insulted by the owner during coaching, owner does not critique with appropriate language. Don't use auto-pay, you will lose more money they you think you owe, and takes them awhile to stop auto-pay. So sad there are coaches there who seem to really enjoy coaching the kids. The owner should get out of the business of working with kids, she obviously hates children and is a very unhappy woman. Don't send your children there.

My son has been going here for a year and I can't say enough positive things about this gym! After trying several gyms in Albuquerque I truly believe they are the best gym in Albuquerque. The entire staff are the most caring people that I know and all want to see their gymnasts succeed in whatever path they are on. Love this gym!

Did not have a good experience with this place. Not very clean, the gymnast to teacher ratio gets too high at times so your child gets very little attention. The last straw was when I called to cancel but they told me I couldn't over the phone and I had to come in person. When I showed up, they told me I would be charged for next month's session which hadn't yet started after previously telling me I would not be charged. They said it was "company policy" as to why they wouldn't refund my money. I thought their teachers were good and friendly, too bad Management is not focused on customer satisfaction or improving the facility. G-Force does not have my endorsement.
