Desert Suns Heating & Cooling

My system broke down on the hottest day of course and I couldn't find anyone to come out. Desert Suns offered me an emergency slot (overtime) and I took it. No one else even wanted to talk to me. They showed up at 7pm, diagnosed the problem, called the supply house and had them open up for them so they could get the part and get me cooling. It was done that evening and I had cool air. It was worth every penny and they went above and beyond. Thank you all!

I've lost all confidence in this company. They botched a simple swamp cooler pad replacement for a business that requires an AC. They forgot to turn on the water? How did they test it? It took 2 business days for them to return to turn on the water. Our temperature in our building hit 102 causing us to cancel customer visits. Employees were getting sick from heat. I had to walk in 4 times to get them to return. When they finally returned to turn on the water the A/C's no longer operate correctly. They ran so hot the first day without water i think it blew a relay or some electrical feed. Now they only run 1 hour on and off. The A/C's are a manual switch and our building runs from 85 to 105 every day. We never had issues last year or this year until they replaced our cooling pads. Knowing I do my home swamp cooler and what goes into it, you have to be completely incompetent to damage the system. Since they wont fix the problem I've decided to leave a negative review. I say since they wont fix it because every time I complain it results in promises not kept. They promise to come out, no one does. Today was the last straw. It doesn't work, and they're closed for the holidays. Of course.....

Never worked with them before, but I had NO heat and needed someone to come out right away. On top of that I have an Aqua-Therm system, which cannot be worked on by just anyone. They came out, diagnosed the issue and got the heat up and running the same day. Great service! I highly recommend them.
