        I beleive his name is williams and they call him Will. My dealings with this attendent is with the highest regard. Very pleasant and helpful. He is in my opinion a true asset for you organization

        The entire staff at the Rio Grande Best Western were the best. Everyone at the desk were very pleasant and had that desire to help the customer out if needed. Thank you very much for the enjoyable time that my wife and I had in Albuquerque. I am looking forward in returning and staying at the Rio Grande. Keep up that winning attitude with the customers and you'll continue to be number 1 in the area.

        Your room was the cleanest and freshest room ever. I felt like i was at home. Your staff are very polite and friendly. All of them eager to help us out. I would come back and stay again when i am in the area. Thanks for a great experience.
