THIS IS A WARNING! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I have been a resident here for 2 years, and this has been the worst 2 years of my life. At first it will seem fine, then the cockroaches start. You will do everything in your power to get rid of them, but EVERY SINGLE BUILDING IS INFESTED, THERE IS NO GETTING RID OF THEM. You will wait until August to have working air conditioning, and when they do turn it on, it barely works. These buildings are from the 1960's and nothing has been renovated. The neighbors party all night long and the police and ambulance are here on a DAILY BASIS. Be careful, YOUR WHOLE BUILDING MIGHT CATCH FIRE. In the last 6 months, THREE buildings have caught on fire and had to be fully evacuated. One building is still boarded up and unlivable. There have been 3 management companies in 2 years because the last two literally wiped their hands clean of this place. The staff is rude, and they definitely will NOT help you. The only way this apartment will be livable is if the whole place is SHUT DOWN, condemned, and torn down, and a new building rebuilt on the property. There are alcohol bottles and needles scattering the property, animal fecal matter is everywhere. The indoor pool has been shut down for several years, we were promised it would be opened when we moved in. It is an eyesore to say the least. There is no indoor gym even though it is promised to be renovated and fixed and has not been for the last 2 years. There are gun shots at least once a week that ring out through the complex, and the police department is here every single day, if not multiple times per day. My biggest complaint is the staff. They are rude, unfriendly, and a report has now been filed as they recently physically assaulted a tenant. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!
