Action Audio Visual

I used Action Audio Visual to help us setup Video and audio conferencing in a conference room from hell. They had extremely poor conditions to work in acoustically and a short timeline. We had already tried another vendor solution that, after we began using it everyday, was unacceptable. Poor volume and sound quality on audio conferences AND the IT Dept had to attend every meeting to baby-sit the system. Action helped us prototype a new system that was more “Startup and Forget” – it just ran and produced excellent audio for the main and remote locations. They gave of their time freely to make the system work correctly. Good people, customer driven and extremely responsive. I recommend them.

Regarding their pricing, they have always gone out of their way to "make it happen" with our sometimes limited budget that just amazes me every time we use them. Our most recent conference was just a visual mind blower with cutting edge equipment, effects and staging provided by Action AV.
