Ace of Hearts Kennel

I always prefer supporting local business but this one needs to be put down! If I could groom my pretty myself why would I need a groomer? They cut and burned my dog in several places and blamed him for being difficult. No apology, and I had to ask for my money back since I didn't find it until I got home! Now I'm sick with vet bills because he now has kennel cough.

Never never never buy a puppy from their they do not know how to care for their puppies properly. They have no respect for their costumers or the pets that go in for the services. It smells bad looks very unsanitary for pets. Only one lady out of the entire staff was respectful, helpful, and kind. I took my pup their for his shots the first time the worker that was their was the helpful one so I thought it was a nice pet shop but After the first visit it's been hell. I would not recommend this so called pet store to anyone. If you are looking for a place for your pet and you to get treated like dirt then by all means that's the place. If you want to be treated with respect then find another place.

I bought a chihuahua and had to put it to sleep within one day because of parvo,when i called Ace of Hearts they laughed at me and refused to refund my money, and wouldnt give me a new puppy. They also refused to pay the vet bill for the euthanasia and autopsy. My vet said the puppy had parvo at least 7 days and I only had it for one day. The shop stinks and is filthy and overcrowded. When I first walked in the shop I should of run right back out the door!

When I went to go check out the place the first thing you notice before you even get in the door is the smell. The place reaks horribly and its obvious that they dont clean out cages enough if at all. The staff are rude and treat you like crap, and arent informative at all. I dont understand why this place hasnt been closed yet also if you look behind the curtain in the back you can see all the filthy cages. Oh and the place is extremely cluttered. If your going to get an animal there do it as a rescue and be warned that the animals could be ill and possibly die. Ive never heard a good thing about them. Also if there was a rating star that represented 0 I would choose that instead.

Do not purchase an animal from this Kennel. I did and had to put the puppy down less then a week later. It had Parvo. When I contacted the kennel, explained to them what happend and my concern regarding the other puppies they could have cared less. had no sympathy and where extremely rude. Save yourself some heartache.

i had my dog go there for boarding and they gave me the hardest time!!! the only nice one that works there is the owner and the guy who takes care of the animals. the rest of the crew are VERY rude and tried to get me to pay $200 extra just to get my dog out! i had to waste gas just to go get a bank statement saying i paid! it was a headache!!!! i will NEVER go there again and i DO NOT recomend wasting your time there! they wouldnt even let me see where my dog was going to stay!!!!!! trust me, its a headache. they are very rude people. they need a new crew!!! out with the old, in with the new
