        Same complaint as the first two reviews. Bought an oxygen concentrator machine, still under warranty, has to be sent to manufacturer for all diagnosis. I have to pay shipping for each shipping transaction. This was not explained to me when I bought the concentrator. Just simply that there was a 2 year warranty. Drop equipment off and have to spend several weeks calling to get any service. Call back is slow or non existent. Very poor customer service. Will not recommend. Here same complaint from other customers when talking about A and R.

        Poor staffing to get repairs. Got the runaround getting a part for lift chair. Can’t get a repairman to do the repair. I told them they need another repairman to get work done. They have NO TIMEFRAME for getting chair repaired. Motor is there, no one to put in. I’m handicapped and it’s my only chair I have to sit in.

        Poor customer service. Staff rude, on phone and in person. Was told that my insurance company denied coverage for medical device even after I told them that I spoke with insurance rep and it was covered. I called insurance again...device covered, no copay, am getting it from another medical supply company.
