        The usual crappy ABQ service. Go somewhere else!

        Even though this place was a 20 minute drive acrosstown, I chose this place because it was the only 4/5 star rated place. I made my appointment on a Friday for the following Monday. (so that's plenty of time for them to prep and manage their schedule) When I got there everything was normal. Then after and hour and a half after my original appointment time, I decided to go outside and look in the work area to see how things were coming along. My truck wasn't even inside the building to get started. They had parked it on the side of the building, next to the dumpster unlocked. WTF? I went back to ask how long will it take and the girl said 3-4 hours. What? My original time quote that I was given was 1-1.5 hours. Now it's doubled? No one even bothered to get up from behind the counter to ask someone in the garage area how much longer it would be. If i had to ask them to do that, then that's not customer service. I had to leave.

        Why take appointments if you can't keep them and be on schedule? Not once did anyone get up to check on the status of my vehicle. This place was GARBAGE, HOT GARBAGE. Unless you want to waste your time and money, don't go here.
