We have done business with Computer Corner for years, so when my wireless network crashed, I put in a frantic call to them for help. I spoke with Evan who assured me that they would gladly come to my home and fix it, but had I tried the online diagnostics for my modem? He explained how to find the information I needed and asked me to let him know one way or the other if that solved my problem. After working my way through the online prompts and restoring my modem, I was able to connect all of my computers and mobile devices, but not the printers. So I called Evan back, explained the situation, and we agreed to schedule a repair appointment for the next day. Meanwhile, I was able to get the printers connected, so I called Evan to cancel the home visit, thanking him for his help. He was very gracious and said again that if I needed anything further he would be happy to help. As always, i am amazed at the level of service we received from Computer Corner. Thanks, Evan!
What a joy it was working with them and the great job they did in ordering and following up on our computer purchases for the bureau; especially during the mad rush and chaotic time for us due to our fiscal year coming to an end. In our interactions, they demonstrated the utmost professionalism in providing quality customer servicing, troubleshooting capability, and their demeanor was exceptional. Their ability and efficiency in returning messages via email/phone is amazing! Most importantly, they were very instrumental in providing resolution to tracking and delivery of our purchases. Overall, my experience with Computer Corner, Inc. has been joyful, pleasant, and very efficient. I look forward on continuing to utilize their company for future computer purchases for our bureau and working with the service representatives directly.
I was back at the Corner again this week - going to buy another computer for my daughter for Christmas. Hope she doesn't read this and find out! (this will make my 5th in 10 years with the Corner). YouI always get a free class with a computer buy, and even tho I don't need it, I have given it to those people in my family who always call me with their computer questions. They're always professional and helpful and I love that they are local - none of that sight-unseen internet buying for me, I want to support our local economy.
