        I had to put in a star to post a review. I heard he sold the place. If that's true, I am thrilled. Hopefully that rude girl is gone, too. If anyone else had bad experiences , please post them. Celebrate that Billy is gone. Change the name. New name, new attitude. You promise to show respect for your customers.

        THE GIRL WHO ANSWERS YOUR PHONES IS VERY NASTY, RUDE AND DEFINITELY NOT, AGAIN, NOT FRIENDLY. IF I WAS CLOSE TO YOUR BUSINESS, I WOULD COME IN AND LET HER HAVE A PIECE OF MY MIND BECAUSE SHE DOESN'T A MIND AT ALL. YOU NEED TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO ANSWER YOUR PHONES. THAT PERSON IS REPRESENTING YOUR BUSINESS AND IF THAT'S HOW YOU WANT YOUR BUSINESS TO BE REPRESENTED, YOU WON'T BE GETTING MUCH BUSINESS. QUITE SNOTTY TOO. I HAD TO PICK A STAR OR I WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO WRITE THIS REVIEW BUT I WOULD GIVE MINUS 5 STARS IF IT WERE POSSIBLE. SHE NEEDS GO TO ANOTHER JOB WHERE SHE DOESN'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE PUBLIC.
