Love this place. Moved to Albemarle 5 years ago and furnished my entire home (4bedroom 2 bath) only using them and working on remodeling again and have and will continue to go back and use them for all my needs. Have even used them to supply my mother furniture in an assisted living facility as well as using them to put a bed, TV, etc into my horse trailer that has living quarters.

Went in looking for a laptop, employees were very helpful , set me up with a new laptop at a great wkly price. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy , but can't afford to pay cash all at once.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! The fact that I even have to give this place one star makes me sick. The people in Albemarle are extremely rude and DO NOT care about their customers. They are extremely disrespectful and promise they will work with you on your payments and then decide to serve papers on you for small claims court because you're 2 payments behind. Not to mention that they refused to take a payment! They also have a bad habit of swearing to their customers on the phone. My advice is DO NOT waste your time with this place. I've been in customer service for almost 10 years and I have never treated my customers so horribly and I have never been treated so horribly. This is the WORST store ever. Leisure Tyme I believe you need to think about the people you allow to work for your company because the people in Albemarle are the worst when it comes to customer service.

VERY CLEAN STORE.. NICE NOT HAVING TO DRIVE TO CONCORD TO GO TO SEARS THEY CAN ORDER PARTS FOR MY LAWN MOWER, OR ANYTHING I NEED. THE PEOPLE ARE VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS..

Nice Sears store and conveniently located to other businesses that I needed to go to. Well kept store and nice selection of items.
