        I am writing this as I wait a half an hour for a simple 7 dollar piece. It is absolutely terrible. I went in to just get a sim card holder replaced and had to talk to 3 different people. They told me to sit down in these stupid uncomfortable wooden chairs and wait. This is ridiculous!! It hot and humid in here and the employees are snoby and rude. I just needed a simple 7 dollar piece. I don't know who thought at Apple corporate but they need tobe fired. Unbelievable .UPDATE This is the third review I've written on a different service and I'm not going to stop till this nearly hour long wait is over
