Adirondack Tire Center

tried to buy a tire on the National account of good year. I do not stock that, Then he can order me a tire be here in 2 hrs. Great how much - he can not say the guy who puts those on is on the road. I ask again how much-- now he says hello we have a bad connection. If they can order my size tire in why NOT the one that is on the National account. why can he not state the price?

We purchased new Dunlop tires last year which were fine. We return every 3 months for car service as they will rotate the tires for free. After leaving we started noticing a noise that kept getting louder. Thinking it was the muffler we were just about to bring it to our shop when husband lifted the hood and the oil cap was sitting upside down on the manifold. The mechanic couldn't even remember to put the cap on. Also, they had previously said that they mark the tires on rotation so that you know that it has actually been done. We were in FL when it needed service. Our mechanic there rotated the tires and serviced car. We asked Adirondack if they had been rotated and he said no because they were wearing unevenly. NOT TRUE. We saw the FL mechanic rotate the tires. I've lost all faith in this store.
