I had been shopping for a new car for about five months and had so many disappointing, exhausting and discouraging experiences with salespeople not willing or able to help me locate the car I wanted, a Toyota Camry LE w/sunroof . At times, when I found a car I liked these same (Toyota) salespeople were unwilling to necgociate a "deal" stating a "shortage" of vehicles. That is when I came across one parked in the Advantage Suzuki lot. On a hot, sunny Summer day, I called the dealership and Mr. Chris Pivacek answered my call. Expecting another disappointment, Mr. Pivacek put my mind at ease with his polite manner and his willingness to find out about the car if he didn't have the info handy, he would get it. Sure enough, kept his promises to contact me with this car's info and although this vehicle was a "trade-in" he was able to secure a FANTASTIC Deal for me, including financing to rival (actually match) that of Toyota Dealerships !!!! As a woman alone, dealing with automotive issues is tough enough, Mr. Chris Pivacek made this whole process easy, and very affordable for me, he is very knowledgeable about different vehicles and products, very respectful and dare I say it......I feel a truly Honest Salesperson :) The Finance Manager, Mark K. is also fantastic, not pushy, no pressure at all. I highly recommend Advantage Suzuki for having a smart and customer savey staff that is respectful, as in Mr. Chris Pivacek. He is the best !!!
I had been shopping for almost 3 months testing out all the 7 seater SUVS that are out in the market that interested me. I checked out the Audi A7 (Latham location - great customer service), Acura MDX (Northeast Acura - horrible sales people), BWM X5 (good customer service), Mazda CX 9 (Rensselaer location - so so customer service) - ok i could continue but you get the point :), I went to Goldstein to test drive the buick and GMC acadia and fell in love with the acadia. I dealt with Glen who is the GM and John Kasarkian the sales individual and they were terrific! It was the best non pushy purchase that I have ever had with a vehicle. They were great at follow ups and made you feel like they were honored to work with you and have you as a customer. I felt like I got a great deal and worked with me on getting the best interest rate (thank you Emery!) I will highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!
This dealership was great! Everyone was friendly, the building is clean, everyone helped in making it an easy transaction. Our sales man was Alfie and what a wonderful young man he is! He worked with us and never made us feel rushed. He is truly an asset to Advantage Suzuki.
