Phillip and Serena are above all others when it comes to being Professional, Friendly, and Knowlageable. I have 3 little doggies and it's easy to get overwhelmed with them. Not only do they take the best care of my Furbabies, but they also take the time to answer any questions you have over the phone. My Pekenese pup had a problem for the longest time with dry itchy skin and we tried EVERYTHING we could buy to see if it would help. Called LuLu's, and they have a special Aloe shampoo they suggested I try, so I did. Not even 24 hrs later her skin looked normal again! Their all natural organic products and sprays cannot be beat anywhere!! Their prices are outstanding as well. I send everyone who asks me about a groomers to LuLu's!!!

I have gone to many places in the past 5 years with my best friend stickers, this place gave the most perfect haircut we have ever seen, we love your staff and how nice everyone is we will no longer wander, lulu's is the place for us pet lovers. I have never seen, or smelled, a cleaner dog place in my life, you people are on it!

We took Chloe to Lu Lus for a Spa day! Not only did she enjoy it which was a suprise, but they took GREAT care of her and You CAN NOT beat the price! THanks For taking care of our baby girl!

Best Groomers Ever!!

In September of last year our family received a new addition. Someone had dropped off a 9 yr old Chi-Pom mix in front of our house. After numerous attempts to find her owners we decided to keep her. She lwas dehydrated & severly
matted so badly that my
husband & I had to completely shave her. Not a
pretty sight for a semi-
toothless older dog but we
loved her anyway. After some rehabilitating her fur finally started to grow back which
led me to find LuLu's. Some of you might think us crazy to
drive from Denham Springs
to Albany just to have a clean
pooch-not so. In fact, the
care & love she has been
shown there is unsurpassed.
Not only are their products all
natural but they smell
AWESOME! When Minneux
comes home she looks like a
pup again, that same soft fur.
I highly recommend using this wonderful couple for any of your pooch or feline's grooming needs! And PS they run super specials during the week if your money is a little short;)

The old saying "You get what you pay for" does not apply here. Lu Lu's Groom & Board is the best of both worlds. Awesome prices and they do a terrific job. My little shih tzu , Maci, came home looking like a show dog after a short visit to get a bath and hair/ nail trim. Maci will be going to Lu Lu's for year to come. Extremely pet friendly which makes for happy pet owners. Thank you for setting new standards in pet care.

New Years Eve Boarding
Excellent!!!!!, Toby and Sasha came home happy, clean and smelling great !!! We were able to have a great ,no worry New Years Eve party, Thanx to Lu Lu's and the no hassle of picking them up on a Holiday. We will positively use Lu Lu's again.

I want to say that my experience and my pet;s stay at Lu Lu's was fantastic. My pets seemed so happy and content whenever I returned to pick them up. I could tell that they had been given great care. I heard about this place from a friend and always looked for it but I never could find this place I finally got a map online and figured out you were on the other side of town on the way to Holden. I went to you and got just a simple wash and clip the nails on my puggle I was so happy I got home and my dog was crazy energised and she smelled good like berries for two weeks or more. I need to come back cause she is pug mix and gets smelly, but wow you got rid of the dirty dog smell for weeks. That is better than other places around I have goten her back from another place in town and she still smelled like dog with nasty fake smells all over her. I love the berries and she does too. Thanks Lu Lu!!!

Itchy no more!
I had no idea that cheap dog shampoos were the reason why my dog itched allllll the time, since I started coming here WITHIN ONE DAY my dog stopped scratching and within a week her skin looks normal. I eat organic foods and pamper myself now it's luula belle's turn! I come now every monday, she loves the way she feels now and I love the way she smells! That perfume is great I bought a little bottle.

I stopped by here for the fund raiser for the shelter they were having yesterday Really nice people giving back to their community donating the proceeds of the dog wash to the shelter and even using their nice organic dog stuff I'm only gonna use you guys from now on Bless You

Sweet Lady
They let me stick around because my dog is so small and it takes like 5mins for a bath 5 mins to dry and 5 mins for nails, i didnt wanna leave. I feel so bad my dog bit the groomer but the groomer just kissed her and talked sweet to her she was really understanding and said my dog wasn't bad she was just misunderstood, my dog is kinda rotten otherwise i'd do this at home. My pepper actually calmed down and kissed her, i was really surprised, she doesn't like anyone. I guess you passed the test lol. I'll be back, she's gotten better every time we come. You're fixing her phobia of grooming and now I can bathe her at home sometimes, it's great.

Different Experience
I came just for my lab to get a bath and nails nice people, been back a few mondays in a row and i gotta say i'll never take her anywhere else or even wash her myself. that organic shampoo fixed her dandruff, shes a shiny black lab again plus the monday price is worth it my lab was only $18 for a bath and nails. BTW i'm sending all my neighbors so get ready!

Coolest People
First off I just want to say that I love walking into a groom place and it smells NOT like dirty dogs, it smelled like lysol or some pine stuff. Last place I went to down the street from here smelled like poop. The guy there was so awesome he let me talk his ear off lol. I love my chihuahua and he had one too they got to play together in the front after I asked him if he would let his dog from behind their front desk. He was the tinyest little thing and his name is Carlos, he looks like the tacobell dog, I thought my dog was small this dog is almost a rodent. My dog was clean nails filed dry and smellin AWSOME in 20 minutes flat. I swear that organic cologne they used lasted for just over a week, and I only paid $10 for the works. I want to buy some of that spray for his bedding, it smells so clean and manly for Demon. You will totally see me again! Oh and I'm sending all my neighbors so it might be free next time which I'm stoked about!

Superb Service from Superb People
Not only are they cheap, they beat the price of my old groomer! Best cut, super professional, and they even recommended something for the stains around Gigi's eyes that I've been fighting to keep clean! I'm always coming here!!! And Lu is the cutest little pom I've ever seen! Thanks Guys!!!!
