HLC Cullipher

Never had a bad experience! They are always very quick to respond to every need I have had over the past 2 years that I have needed service. They set a temporary tank quickly when my small tank could not keep up in my temporary trailer and I had no heat. Then they installed the main propane tank, my fireplace and my tankless hot water system when my new house was finished. Jason came on a Saturday to remove the temporary tank when rain was anticipated and would have delayed removal thereafter. When I called to have the tank filled, they were helpful, friendly, and delivered quickly. Happy customer!

Very bad experience with this business. HLC came and installed a propane heater in my house that I have just remodeled. The charge was $90 for them to come place it in my house. That's not the issue however, the job was extremely sloppy. The heater screws into the wall, and where they first placed it in, they missed a stud. They ended up chipping the wall and making a hole in my living room wall. They never came back to fix the wall, and just pretended it did not happen. I called the business and asked for them to come fix it over 3 different times. This last time I was laughed at and told "we can put a piece of bubble gum over it." This is very unprofessional and unacceptable!!!!! If you have a different option besides this business, choose the other!!!
