As a bay farm resident, I have heard many horrible stories about shopping at CVS at island drive.\r The other review might refer to a cashier called Dona. Here are some stories about her.\r 1) She almost always treated customers who only buy newspaper rudely. Often not even willing to pack newspaper in a bag.\r 2) Her math was very bad. She often end uo with wrong dollar amount if customer used combination of coupons and CVS dollars. Some customers reported that she sometimes came up with a negative total, and give away cash...\r \r In addition, this store seems NEVER participate in any community activities such as trick or treat, community baseball game. \r In summary, many bay farm resident just go to safeway. For those who still stop by CVS sometimes, Dona might make your day.

I'll admit I go into stores just for cash back sometimes (so I don't have to pay ATM fees). I went into this CVS, and went up to the register. I gave the cashier my card, and said I wanted $100 cash back. She had not swiped the card yet, and said ""debit? The cash back limit is $35"" and swiped my card as I was asking her to cancel the transaction. If she'd done it right - this would have been fine; I would have been able to cancel when asked for my pin. It didn't ask, because she'd done it as a credit card. She smugly said ""too late, already went through"" and I didn't even argue. Just decided not to come back to this CVS with their smug customer service tactics.
