Paul's Diamond Center

Came right at opening to get a watch battery. Was told "we're not open yet, do you have somewhere else to go?" I offered to step down to another store and the gentleman said he would have my watch finished in 10 minutes. When I returned, he was sitting down talking with a supplier and informed the lady up front that he had not put the battery in. Instead of a quick repair I ended up waiting for nearly a half hour. Please don't tell me to drop something off for you to complete in 10 minutes if you have no intention of working on it at all.
