I am the owner here at GetMoe Wireless, in the hopes of honoring the patronage of my Valued cistomers and providing my customers with the most accurate information available , I would like to SINCERLY & HUMBLY review myself ! BEING ON TIME ! Yes , I have been late opening , I'm up early with my daughter , I get her ready for the day , drop her off at grandma's and go to work, sometimes she requires more attention before we part ways , I run my bank deposits in the afternoon or as needed, and I frequently chase down parts for my customers because they really need they're phones fixed as quickly as possible, we don't have packages delivered by the post office to the store because , as you can imagine, that would be very enticing to certain elements of our society :) That being said, the excuse I use is because I haven't been able to find someone I trust enough treat my customers the way I want them to be treated so I would rather throw up a sign that says back in 20 minutes ! YOU CAN'T TRUST YOUR BELONGINGS TO BE RETURNED OR THE REPAIR TIME TO BE ACCURATE AND POLICE ARE HOT ON MY TRAIL! Well then they're work is cut out for them because , WE OFFER SENIOR CITIZEN, POLICE ,FIRE, AND MILITARY DISCOUNTS. I've been thru the University of Akron's police Academy, trained with SWAT , SNUD, and the GANG UNIT. I've done my Field training with the BRADY LAKE POLICE DEPARTMENT & WE ARE LICENSED AS A SECOND HAND ELECTRONICS RETAILER WHICH IS ADMINISTERED BY THE PAWN DETAIL AT THE AKRON POLICE DEPARTMENT 330.375.2490, DETECTIVE PAUL BRAILEK IS THE ONE HANDLING THAT, he will definitely have an opinion about me but my character and integrity HAS NEVER BEEN IN QUESTION ! I've been in the same location , by the grace of God, for over 4 years now and shouldn't be that hard to find ! Really? Thats so mean :( Apparently I've made one or two people feel that the particular items they brought in for repair have hypnotized me and made me lose my sense of wrong and right and I have decided to steal the items they brought in for me to repair to this highly regarded , well respected, and certified repair center. That's a lot of work to do just to create an opportunity to steal a broken piece of electronics , have to find a building to lease , be there ( sometimes ;) ), put stuff on the walls and run cables , vacuum , sheeeshhh! TO THIS ACCUSATION I SAY GUILTY! I do make some people come back a few times to check to see if there item is finished , because I discover there's other things terribly wrong that neither I nor the customer could have known , or there's an issue with shipping , packages get stuck in customs coming from China , or a supplier sent a defective or damaged part and sometimes YES ! I just plain old MESS UP and it means I have to reorder the part and put it in !!! Whatever the case may be , I FEAR GOD, and when I tell somebody I'm going to fix it I do whatever it takes to accomplish the goal, I provide loaner phones , I have refreshments available , and I frequently stay past midnight to make sure I EXCEED MY CUSTOMERS EXPECTATIONS ! Only God is perfect , I am a humble servant ! It has taken me a year to reply to a few of these negative reviews that have found they're way onto my page, I told myself I wouldn't validate them with a response , but HONESTLY THIS IS TO HONOR THE OTHER 99 PERCENT OF MY CUSTOMERS WHO WENT TO THE TROUBLE OF ACTUALLY POSTING THE TRUTH. (My post is the longest one now ;p ) In closing , I want to thank each and every single customer for the faith, trust, and confidence you put in me.

My phone would not accept the charger all of a sudden. My spouse took it all the way to Maple Heights after AT&T gave him the wrong address to their own store. After being told over the phone by AT&T that they could fix it, the story changed once he got to the store. To make a long story short they could not fix my phone (but they could sell me one), and my insurance was/is pointless. We found Getmoe on a whim and I am SOOOOOOO glad we did!! Getmo was able to solve my problem in a lot less time and a lot less money. The owner was able to fit me right in. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Although he was supposed to close at 6, I was worried when he wasn't finished by that time, however he stayed over and I got my phone as he said that same day/night! The price to fix my phone was something I could do and very reasonable. In a nutshell, come here FIRST before you go anywhere else. That's definitely my plan for ALL of my phone needs from here on out!
GetMoe is the epitome of great customer service. I went in and met with the proprietor of the establishment, Moe, and told him my problem. Not only did he solve the issue $200 cheaper then his competitor (who will remain nameless but they're on Mayfield rd.) he explained all my options with pinpoint knowledge and expertise. He was gracious and did not force me into anything, this was a GREAT experience. The attention to detail and overall customer service has earned Moe a loyal customer for life, and on top of that this Marketing Professional will now do all in his power to let the world know that when your phone dies you don't need an Ambulance all you need is Dr. MOE!!!!!
