This was one of the worse taxi services and the prices are high. I had my car broke down on my at the grocery store. I had a lot of frozen foods so I couldn't walk it all even though I was literally only one block from my house like seriously would have been a 3 minutes walk without the groceries. I had no one else that would come so I had to call for a taxi. He pulled up and was chatting on his phone the whole time. Just asked for my name not how I was doing or a friendly hello. I put all the groceries in the cab and then was charged 10.00 to literary go across the street. Terrible service and the prices are not affordable at all with that rate.

Great service. Arrived sooner than what was the time quoted. Friendly conversation, great vans, and a comfortable and safe ride.

They don't have meters in the cars neither posted rates. First time it was $29 from my home to the airport, second-$45 for exactly same service. I assume the driver wanted to make some extra dollars. They didn't answer my online question too. Any way, they lost my trust.

I used to love this taxi service until I got excuses multiple times this winter and I had to call to be told to find another ride . I am disappointed in the fact that you call to get picked up at a certain time 3 hours in advance and they are late. I have been late to work due to the lack of professionalism. I hope they go back to being a great service.

Not only did they show up, and on time I might add, they were 5 minutes early! Plus the driver was very friendly and professional! Very pleased!

Not sure I will call this service again. I was quoted a price and had to pay one twenty dollars more to go to Akron Canton airport. They were about ten minutes late as well. I did make my flight but feel like I was cheated.

I really enjoyed this cab service after having a bad experience with another cab company while away on business in Akron. Before trying anyone else, you should give them a call, trust me you would want to thank me for it.

OMG. Best taxi ever. Came within twenty minutes of calling. Driver was super amazing. I told him we might need a pickup around 12:30 and when I called at 12 he was there within ten minutes! He also put up with our drunk asses on the way back to my house...plus, it was only ten buck (drive plus tip) both ways...amazeballs.

The driver was courteous and professional with GREAT RATES! He came in a timely manner
