I leased a car from Great Lakes Honda in June of June 2014. I had one of the worst experiences ever. The guy who sold my car did not explain anything to me about my payments or how a lease worked. I was a young women that did not know anything about a lease and he took advantage of that. I told my self I would never re-new my lease with Great Lakes. I went in for an oil change a couple months ago and met Ed Bell. Ed was very kind and honest about the whole leasing process and how it worked. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable while waiting for my car to be done. Ed explored every option that was best for me to continue leasing with Great Lakes Honda. I now am leasing a new Honda Civic at an amazing deal all thanks to Ed Bell! I would recommend anyone who is in need of a care to go see Ed Bell at Great Lakes Honda!

We purchased a 2014 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite. Overall, our experience was excellent. Lynn, our original sales agent, was helpful, not pushy. Maurice, who handled the majority of our sale, was passionate and enthusiastic to complete the sale and make it as positive as possible. Maurice worked very hard to attend to each detail. Jim Marks, the sales manager, was excellent in helping us obtain a fair trade-in for our vehicle, without the typical back and forth multiple times to come to agreement. Kevin, was also professional and positive, anxious for us to have a positive experience with the dealership.

This was my wife and I's third purchase with Mike Pruitt Honda. All I can say is that the quality of the service has never gone down. The employees there are very friendly and go out of there way to make you feel and happy. Maurice Browder is an exceptional sales person. Very friendly and fun to deal with. He is extremely knowledgeable in regards to the honda line of vehicles. The dealership really makes you feel like family and welcome. Everything about the experience is outstanding. I cannot see myself buying another vehicle from any other dealer in town. Mike Pruitt Honda and everyone there are the definition of the word professional. They are fantastic.

Great price and great service from both Maurice and the Finance Manager (cannot recall the name). Very painless Internet quoting process and I appreciated the lack of sales pressure. I should mention the price I got on a 13 accord lx crushed other quotes I had received by over $800. I will recommend Mike Pruitt in the future.

I had a very pleasant experience. Buying a car can be stressful if you haven’t done it often. The salesperson got me what I asked for my trade-in, they got me a lower rate than what I was preapproved for, and they covered the cost of certification activation. So, I don't think I could have done better for the price and the high-demand car make and model.

I was very pleased with with service I received yesterday while buying a new Honda by Lynn Snoderly, as she answered all the questions, even some tricky ones, I had about the car, plus she was most helpful in dealing with the facts and figures of the trade in, was very friendly and accommodating throughout the entire transaction.
