I definitely cannot recommend this business. Product was not as represented by salesman. No hooks in trailer as promised. Further, the crew & Vice President have no respect for customer wishes, even for minor things such as a request to not have their logo placed on my trailer, which they blatantly installed AFTER the trailer was purchased and was my property. I'll be purchasing my next 3 trailers elsewhere.
If you read their self added commercial below they state "Here at Majestic Trailer & Hitch we strive to be the best in customer satisfaction". They do not live up to that claim! The management and ownership is arrogant and could care less. When I had an issue with a product they sold they referred me to contact the manufacturer of the product. When I stated that I bought the product at Majestic, they stated "we did not make the product, we only sell it". The best customer service would require standing behind what you sell! They have lost my business for life. I have bought from them 3 times. Every time was a disappointment in service. 3 strikes and they are out! NEVER AGAIN!
I was told that I could not haul a trailer with my Nissan Titan, they said to buy a Ford or Chevy...
