i called and made an appointment for a remote starter install in my cadillac cts.they got me in promptly around my schedule which was very cool.so when i got there to drop my car off i wanted to check them out ,i didn't want anyone clownin around with my ride ! straight up . so from the outside i could see it wasn't too big of a facility but looks can be deceiving. inside i was greeted promptly and politely and noticed the showroom was clean and neat.while being processed in i wasn't rushed in and out i was shown the product a color screen two- way alarm and remote start and told all that was entailed with the process of the install by then i was sold on about 80% of the deal and i didn't reach a 100 until in the conversation with the tech. he said here at lj's we don't work on cars we operate on them ! i felt real good after hearing that.and while waiting on my ride for about 45min. the service men in the background were moving like a well oiled orchestra ,moving cars in and out for service i seen one car go from salt covered to clean as a whistle another car got a radio put in and another got 2 windows tinted and while my car was getting washed and vacuumed or (prepped for surgery) as he called it another lady's car was sitting on jack stands with the front wheels off the next thing i know the auto parts store driver was walking in the door with brake pads ! i mean wow man , and all this before like 11.00am .these guys get the job done right ! now.when i picked up my car they went over the operation with me and it works great and i got a great deal ! i see why they've been around since ' 94 they provide excellent service,i tell everyone about them and ill be back
So hard to find straight-talking adults in the world of amped-up, fast-talking car audio sales and installation....but you do here! Their ad in the local entertainment paper, The Devil Strip, provoked me to stop in and see if they could retrofit a new simple Pioneer stereo to replace a needlessly complex Pioneer system a previous car owner had installed. You would think Pioneer would have a standardized wiring harness between recent generations of gear.....wrong! Turns out my old unit was a non-standard Pioneer design and these guys pretty much had to start over to make the new one work.....but they stuck to it through all the frustrations of completing the process. The new unit fits and works perfectly. The shop is spotless and well stocked, prices are competitive, and, once again, you are dealing with experienced adults methodically do the job right.
