Child Haven

Love love LOVE Child Haven. My 4 year old son has been going for a year and a half. Never any issues and he loves going. Recently my 4 year old step sons also started attending and he quickly learned his numbers, alphabet, always singing songs, etc. These are all things he never did or didn't know. Amy, Michelle and Darien are all AWESOME!!!

This facility is a joke. They are constantly on their phones, the children nap from 11-2 everyday and they watch atleast 2-3 movies a day and you will always see on child in time out screaming they're head off. Not a good place if you care about your child having structure in their lives. The owner is also very hoity-toity and will threaten to kick your child out if you have any problems w the daycare.

Dont go to this place. The people here spend more time on their phones like facebook and snapchat while they should be working. I know. I used to work there. They said they were going to fire me if i was on my phone anymore. but yet thats all they ever do there but HAVE THEIR DAMN FACE IN THEIR PHONES. DONT GO HERE. also, the kids there are awful and dont listen.

I would absolutely recacommed this daycare to anyone. My little boy loves to go to school everytime and even gets excited when we turn into the parking lot.melissa in the toddler room is wonderful and loves all the kids as if they where her own.my son loves going and seeing her.

I just moved here in June and needed a good day care for my daughter. Child haven was the only one near by and I had heard bad things about it but let me tell you how wrong they are. This day care is absolutely AMAZING my daughter loves the staff especially the owner Amy. She constantly wants to go to "school" I've seen such a change in her since we started going here. she's only 2 1/2 and she learned how to count to 10 and her ABC'S. such a wonderful place I would recommend it 100 times again

I was very hesitant to take my son to a daycare, I'd heard so many horror stories, but Child Have came highly recommended from a friend. So I went in for a tour and met those that would be working with my son. From the first day I dropped my son off, the staff made me feel at ease leaving my son at a daycare for the first time. Communication was key, Amy, the owner, was wonderful! If I needed anything, she always found a way to work with me. If I needed to talk with Amy, and she didn't happen to be there, it didn't matter who I talked to, it was always up channeled in a timely matter. I never had any problems taking my son there, but I also paid the bill on time, dropped off and picked up my son during the agreed upon times, and always kept them in the loop. Very impressed and if we still lived in the area, my son would still be going here!

I must say I was very skeptical about taking my kid here after reading bad reviews, however I checked it out on two different occasions, and decided to enroll my child. The staff are wonderful! My daughter loves being their. Also one day I came in and saw a child feeling under the weather and the teacher was doing what any parent would do, cuddling with them. I would absolutely recommend them without hesitation, and frankly I feel that some of these complaints aren't at all legit.....you cannot blame the staff for disciplining your child because you clearly don't and they are unruly before they are enrolled!

no no no this daycare is no good the owner is 2 faced the staff let my kids sleep all day. they are good kids only 2 and 3 but always seemed to be in time out if you want your child to grow and learn this is not the place thank you for your time to bad there is not more daycares in airway

The owner there is a liar! The employes yell at the children all the time right from the start when you walk in there not a single kid looks happy to be there. All of them you can tell dont like working there they just are there to collect a pay check not looking out for the best intrest of your children.

My kids were only going there for six months but while they were there the teahers yells at the kids tell them to shut-up and go sit down. I dont even do that with my kids. My son has learning disabilites and I would talk to the owner about it well then one day she told me I could not have my kids there any longer because she was not aware of my sons problems. I told her about them the day I sighned them up for there. Very uncurtious staff not well trained and very rude!
