I recently rented a vehicle from this location. I called ahead and spoke to Zack, the asst. manager, and he stated they could pick me since my car was being serviced. About 30 minutes later, a rep named Robby called and told me he was outside ready when I was. Me and the rep talked about the car I was getting, sports, and our favorite teams. It was a pleasant ride back and when we got back, Robby helped me as I jump ahead of about 3 people. The transaction was painless and easy with me paying with a credit card. Unlike like some of the other reviews, Robby and myself examined the entire vehicle including the spare. This was great knowing if I needed to replace a flat, I knew it was there prior. Seeing that gave me ease and peace of mind. I returned the car 3 days later and needed a ride to the shop my car was being serviced at. Robby was off that day but a sweet elderly lady was willing to give me a ride back. I am very pleased with me overall experience and would definitely recommend renting from this location as they make the experience personal and easy.
Twice in the past month, after 5pm on a Friday, I've had to have my car towed for service. (I obviously need a new garage). Both times this happened, Enterprise and ALL their employees came to my rescue. They were wonderful to work with and even though I likely kept them from leaving on time on a Friday afternoon, they were gracious and accommodating to work with....Enterprise will always be my car rental company.
I purchased two Miele ovens and a Wolf cooktop. I LOVE all three. Joel at Prestige specializes in the Miele line and is wonderful to work with. He knows the product well because he has these in his home. He is helpful in every way and keeps appointments. He goes way beyond what is required. I would deal with Prestige for future purchases, knowing that they will sell me the products that best suit my needs.
