Bath & Body Works

Horrible customer service; charged my bank account twice for the same purchase and when I brought it to the manager's attention, I was told that there was nothing she could do. She and her assistant manager made it seem as if I were lying even after my bank contacted them to let them know the transaction had posted twice...while I love Bath and Body Works, I will not return the their Aiken store.
