Methodist Hospital For Surgery

I have nothing but praise for this Hospital.I stayed there for two nights after having neck surgery recently..Everyone was so kind and helpful to me!

no one will give you the same answer. adked three people about my wifes room 3 different answers. my wife tried to give 3 different nurses an image disk for surgery and no one wanted it. after she was in surgery they wanted it of course

I went into the hospital because I had abdominal pain that had been bothering me for days paired with back pain and my stomach was pulsing harder than usual. The nurse told me very rudely that there was no point in coming and I should've just wait for a doctors office to open. When the doctor came in he asked to explain how I was feeling and every time would rudely cut me off. I didn't even get to finish explaining my symptoms or pain before he told me to "just lie down". He only listened to my stomach and told me I probably had food poisoning or the stomach flu even though I wasn't vomiting or experiencing other symptoms that go along with those. He wrote me a prescription for antacid and told me I could go. I was only at the hospital for 90 minutes or so and half of that was just waiting. I am very appalled by how rude both the nurse and Doctor Sajal Das spoke to me. If this is how Methodist treats their patients, you can bet I will not go there again. I will also tell my friends and clients the same.

Do not go to the ER at this place. I have been sent a huge bill from them, and they did NOTHING to help me. I went in on a Saturday with a swollen, very painful, infected finger. Gave me antibiotics and told me to come back next day if not better. Sunday night it was hurting so bad, I returned. I was told that they could do nothing. I went to Medical City who lance it and got the infection out. Now, Methodist is billing me MORE than Medical City. Stay away from here!!!!! They will charge you hundreds of dollars to say that they can't do anything to help you.
