We saw a Toyota Highlander with low miles and the lowest price around. Butch helped us out. We filled out the credit application online. Drove from Fort Worth and by the time we arrived it was pretty much all taken care of. We took the car out for a drive. I was able to put my car seat in it to see how it fit. They got us a really low rate after checking with several banks but only ran out credit once. He offered us a warranty but didn't use high pressure tactics. The previous owner forgot to give them the second set and Butch was going to call and ask if he could mail it. Overall very pleased with the experience.
