This Veronica General Manager is very misleading and dishonest. They breeze over a contract and end up taking you for a ride when you cancel your membership at this crappy junk food filled gym. I specifically asked her about you and will season she said that there will be 1 in october and if I was not happy with the gym to be sure to cancel before then so then I did not have to pay it. how convenient that I when I went in there to cancel because you cannot do it over the phone you can I do it online the make you drive make it special trip to the location to cancel she said that because I did not cancel before the 25th of the month that I would still be paying october so annual fee that is a complete and total rip off not always she told me when I signed up. She refused to give me any escalations Poc and when I told her that I would be dispute in the chuwith my bank she said that she would fax over a copy of the contract because there is fine print a minute details with ahead afternoon person when she was going over the contract she feels to be upfront with me but they do not seem to care in fact they don't even ask why you were canceling work try to keep you as a customer absolutely rediculous i_b_c just in it to make money otherwise I would be selling these daddy drinks at the register, ridiculousI should have done my research because when you look up plan a fitness there a plan your stores in stealing money from people

they remodeling in there a few months ago---and it sucks. i've been a gym member at many different places over the years and have never seen a gym with billboards in total spanish. pathetic! america is an english speaking country and this is the heartland of the midwest, yet you'd think you're in a foreign country when you read the signs in there.
