Success! Thanks for posting your review of Red River Canoe Rental. You’ve done the world some good today.

Employees are knowledgeable and polite. Very helpful and some will go out of their way to help get you to put in spot for those who have their own canoes. Very nice river for canoeing. Peaceful and scenic.

We went canoeing and stayed at the

We went canoeing and stayed at the campground. River trip was awesome, very quiet, with very few houses, and quite enjoyable. Unfortunately, the campground was unkept, with dogs roaming and trying to get our food, around our site at all hours. We were planning a quiet family time at the campground, but were shocked. Apparently, employees also live there in old buildings, and were partying, yelling, all around us, ac... view more

This place stole $450.00 from ...

This place stole $450.00 from me. I reserved an RV spot and I had to pay with credit card over the phone, a full months rent and $100.00 deposit. When I arrived at the site that was available, it would not accommodate my fifth wheel travel trailer, so I asked for a refund and because of the documents I signed when registering, they would not refund my money to me. They legally stole $450.00 from me. BEWARE!!!

lost keys

I have lived in robertson county all my life (33 years) and i have never been to Red River to go canoeing. Myself and 8 of my friends decided to take the trip. I was excited for something new. We got down there and within the first half hour we had flipped lost the coolers for a moment and lost my keys to my vehicle and my house for good. Or so I thought, we looked for them for a while and I just thought we lost em... view more

Great Trip with the Kid

I had a great time on the Red River Today with my 3yr old son. The 4hr trip was the perfect length. I love that it is a clean quite river. There aren't alot of houses on the section we went down and it is really easy to find. The staff was also very friendly.

great place for canoeing

we called days before we arrived, was told we did not need to make reservations, we were told a price per person and once we arrived the price was higher, and did need reservations, 50% of the staff was very ruid and unhelpful, the food sucked unless you like doughy biscuits, cold coffe, it took us 30 mins to check in because the person was uninterested in waiting on us, \r we had to ask the same person twice whe... view more

Best Canoe Trip

I want to thank Vicki & Bobbie for planning and excuting this wonderful trip to Red River Canoe. It was my first canoe trip and it was great. The campground is shaded (much needed for August), the bathrooms are clean and sanitary. The staff is great - even for an Ol' Texan (I now live in Hendersonville). They only thing I can complain about is they couldn't get a fish to bite my bait. Oh well, next time.\r \r ... view more
