        Overall

        The location for our purpose was perfect. At check in the gal was unpleasant, did not honor the rate thru expedia, justified it by addressing a poster The hotel charged my acct, credited it then charged it again. I checked out 2 days early but couldn't give me the credit untill the mgr came in at noon and they would email me. Its 24 hrs later...no email, no credit to my acct.

        I had to rent another day, after ck out, they ensured me they would use the credit I had instead they charged my acct an extra $107.00 for the extra night. This hotel was supposed to cost $75 a night, in end they chgd $100 and its run down...could have stayed in a better quality hotel for that rate. I lost trust in the Best Western Organization.
