Acworth Cycle & ATV & Engines

I needed a bolt tapped out the engine and the muffler put back on, back in June.
Received first voicemail in November that scooter was ready.

When I received the vehicle back, I noticed:

1. He took the new battery i installed (came with an 18 month warranty)out and replaced it with a less than equal quality battery and threw away my battery. Then he wanted to charge me for the battery. Also, his battery leaks sulfuric acid fluid and I recorded it on video.

2. The right side brake reservoir looked as if it was melted.

3. The vehicle was returned extremely dirty.

4. He performed a number of non-requested jobs to the vehicle and increased the final price from his original quote. (remember, i only needed the bolt tapped and muffler put on)

In his shop he constantly talks about pedophilia. As a victim of child molestation, i find him grotesque.

Additionally, he constantly calls his customers stupid, and swears profusely.

I went to his shop out of desperation because no one else wanted to work on my Chinese scooter.

I've used Mike and the guys for 30 years and have always had great, honest service. I saw some guy named Antwon claiming Mike was a pedifile. This guy is lying. He left his bike there for almost a year, then wanted a bunch of free stuff. When Mike wouldn't comply, he started false claims about Mike on the net. Mike is a straight up guy! I gauruntee it!

Acworth Cycle is really a dependable business when when your bike has stranded you in the middle of nowhere. The are equipped transport your motorcycle or mower back to their shop for repair. Acworth Cycle has the best motorcycle and lawn equipment technicians in the area, if you want your machine to run call Acworth Cycle. If your machine is worthy of repair they will get it running when parts are available to them.

i know that bike you are talking about it was a piece of junk when you brought it in parts for that bike are hard to come by and if they were on back order what can the shop do you left the bike here for a long time almost a year and left it here and did not get charged any storage, you know its easy to post things because only one side of the story gets told i have know the shop for almost all my life and they do good work and mike is a big kidder if you had a bad time thats prob just your misunderstanding and what was needed .i have had all my work done here and they are great

Took my lawnmower for repair, got it back and the self-propel was no longer working. Called them and was told to bring it back. Two weeks later it still wasn’t repaired. Told him I was coming to pick it up, he said “yeah come and get it”. The big guy at the front desk stuffing his face with a sandwich said, “we were going to fit it today but take it with you. That’s why I don’t like doing business with people like you”. If you’re looking for professional service, you will not get it here; unless you’re white.

I 've carried my mower there twice and was well pleased both times. The first was a minor repair and the price was actually cheap. This year the cost was more, but still very pleased with service and cost.

I took my TRX450 Foreman here and it needed some tune up stuff done to it. The guy who runs the counter was full of great information and suggested other stuff that should really be done to the bike while they were already in that area fixing some things. It was a little bit more money but the items were common replacement parts that do go bad and need replacing from time to time and the cost of taking it back in at later time for same thing would cost all the labor rates again. They did great work and my ATV runs like new again. I would suggest everyone come here when they need something fixed, great service at a great price, done right the first time!
