I worked with Wendy who was very attentive and followed up with me, keeping me posted on the status of my order. She was very creative in figuring out how to configure the carpeting in the event we did not have enough to match the pattern. Thankfully, we made it! The installers were real pros. Excellent work and left no mess behind.
I am a very satisfied customer.
These guys are great! We were in a pinch and needed new carpet FAST. Joe came over in 10 minutes, had carpet picked and installation scheduled in 20 minutes.
Installers were hardworking, proffesionals. This company is fabulaous and customer centered! USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Post Road carpet was wonderful. They helped me pick out the right carpet within my budget. They only use the best padding and the price was still within my budget. The installation was on schedule and finished the work with skill. Thanks so much and I will surely use them again.

Post Road carpets is a very good place.... sales people are knowledgeable and friendly, and the selection is excellent. Wendy was our contact in sales; she was resourceful, reliable, and consistently great to work with during the process of finding the best carpeting for our home. A good place to visit !
Wendy was very helpful! She provided about 10 carpet samples in my desired price range, explained the pros and cons of each fiber type, the feel and the stain resistance properties. I placed my order today and am looking forward to the installation!
As a contractor and property manager I have found Post Road Carpet One in Acton, very reliable and professional. They always meet their deadline and the showroom has a variety of products. They have installed carpet and tile for my clients and they communicate with ease no matter big or smlall the job! Theiur prices are in line with other competitors.
