During Open Enrollment each year (and on the first day of the month following a new employee's hire date), employees may select:
- Medical - two PPO plans (including an HRA PPO plan) and two HMO plans, plus prescription drug programs.
- Dental - several HMO and PPO plans, which cover expenses for routine oral examinations, cleaning, fluoride treatments and x-rays and other services.
- Vision - one plan helps pay for eye exams, eyeglasses, contact lenses and frames, and offers laser vision correction procedures at a discounted price.

- Voluntary Life & AD&D offers additional voluntary supplemental employee and dependent life insurance.
- Basic Life & AD&D is equal to 1x salary.
- Short Term Disability provides weekly benefits for a maximum of 13 weeks.

These pre-tax reimbursement accounts are available for un-reimbursed health care, dependent care and transportation/commute costs allowed by the IRS. These spending accounts allow employees to set aside a predetermined amount through payroll deductions on a before-tax basis to cover eligible expenses. Since employees do not pay taxes on these contributions, their taxable pay is reduced.

YELLOWPAGES.COM offers a 100% match on the first 5% of salary that an employee contributes, employees are eligible to enroll in the 401(k) plan on the first of the month following 90 days from the date of hire, and they are vested immediately. The plan features 16 investment options with brand name mutual funds.

This free service aids employees with personal and family issues by offering assistance and referrals. It provides unlimited phone consultations, three free office visits with an EAP counselor, parenting, childcare, eldercare and relationship assistance, legal/financial consultations and a travel assistance program.
