Repair Max, L.L.C.

I have a warrantee on my Jenn-Aire refrigerator. I was given Repair Max as the point of contact to repair my ice maker. They called and said they had to order a part. Then called and said part was in and made an appointment for the following day. They did not show up or call. I called there number but my phone number was blocked. I called from my cell number and left a message asking to PLEASE call me so we could reschedule. They blocked that number also. These people are not professional and lack any form of courtesy.

PATHETIC!



Worst customer service experience in my 19 years living on the Northshore.
